How it Works

Okinawa travel planning step1

Step 1: Tell me about you

When you first contact me, I will send you a questionnaire to learn about you, your ideal travel preferences, and other details. This helps me craft travel options that are perfectly suited just for you.

Step 2: Email Me All Your Questions

When you send me back your questionnaire, you can write to me all the questions you have, what you want, what you need, your concerns, etc. I will respond to all your questions during our upcoming consulting call via Teams/Google Meet.

Step 3: Consulting Call

Now, we’ll jump on a call to map out your perfect travel plan. In this 1-hour session, I’ll go over all the questions you’ve sent me and any new ones that come up as we chat. I’ll come prepared with several travel itinerary suggestions tailored to you, and during this call, we’ll fine-tune them to the nuances of your preferences and priorities.

Personalized Okinawa Travel Planning

Step 4: Personalized Travel Insights in your Email box

I’ll send you an email with personalized travel suggestions, including things to do based on your preferences, along with all the useful information you might need. Plus, I’ll provide answers to all the questions you had, along with insights and details that only someone with up-to-date local knowledge can offer.

Isn’t it great someone has your back?

You can ask me anything you’d like to know about

  • Which Island should I visit while I stay in Ishigaki?
  • Is Taketomi worth visiting?
  • Where is non touristic place I should see in Yaeyama?
  • Which restaurant should I try while in Ishigaki?
  • Where can I meet locals and talk to them?
  • Where can I swim with turtles?
  • Where is a good Minshuku to stay in Yonaguni?
  • Can I travel Ishigaki without a car?
  • I don’t know which Snorkeling shop is good for me
  • Where can I go for stargazing while in Ishigaki?
  • Which diving shop can I/should I book with for my skill and interest?
  • I am already in Ishigaki, but the weather is terrible. What can I do with bad weather?
  • How many days should I stay in Iriomote?
  • What is the nightlife like in Ishigaki?

And the list goes on… You can ask me about Japan in general, too.

If you want more than Okinawa travel planning, here is real time assistance

You just need more thorough help in arranging your trip, not just tailored recommendations.
If that is the case, I am offering a real-time assistance service separately. I will serve as your interpreter for your travel arrangement.

If you are asking questions like:

  • There is an activity I am interested, but I cannot call them because I don’t speak Japanese
  • I want to call Minshuku in a remote island of Okinawa
  • I want to book with a website, but the information is only in Japanese
  • I called a hotel/activitiy provider, but I did not really understand their answer.

I can be there in real-time connected with you via web meeting, and I can act as your interpreter while you attempt to communicate or arrange your travel.
