Step 2: Submit Your Questions
When you return the completed questionnaire, feel free to include any questions, concerns, or specific requests you might have. I’ll address everything during our scheduled consulting session via Teams or Google Meet.
Step 3: Personalized Consulting Session
Now, we’ll jump on a call to map out your perfect travel plan. In this 1-hour session, I’ll go over all the questions you’ve sent me and any new ones that come up as we chat. I’ll come prepared with several travel itinerary suggestions tailored to you, and during this call, we’ll fine-tune them to the nuances of your preferences and priorities.
Step 4: Review Your Travel Plan
I’ll send you a personalized itinerary based on everything we’ve discussed. It’ll include all the details and recommendations you need to move forward. Once you’re happy with the plan and ready to start booking, let me know, and we’ll set up the next step for language support if you need it.
Step 5: Real Time Translation for Arrangements
In this step, we’ll have another call where I’ll provide real-time translation support. I’ll assist you in communicating with accommodations and service providers, ensuring every detail is clear and understood. Whether it’s asking questions, making reservations, or confirming arrangements, I’ll translate both your messages and their responses until your plans are set.
